Theseus Talente ausgezeichnet

Bei einem Festakt in Berlin wurden die Gewinner des Theseus Talente Wettbewerbs ausgezeichnet. Dank der großzügigen Gesamtgewinnsumme von 50.000Euro konnte selbst mein elfter (!) Platz noch etwas vom dicken Kuchen absahnen! Ich freue mich!

We've set up http://www.pace-project.org. It is a project around privacy in collaborative environments like tag-sharing. Its goal is to provide an infrastructure for semantic services that respects the users' privacy. We archive this goal by using peer to peer and messaging services rather than central web-based soloutions. This project is related to my current diploma thesis.

New server!

We finally set up our new server! While the old one was a poor 4-years-old celeron with about 512MB ram and a 30gb hard disk, our new server has plenty of storage (400gb) and a powerful cpu!
